The PCG have published a comprehensive and interactive guide on how to work with and get best value from freelance workers. The guide, which, coincides with the PCG’s ‘Britain’s Brain Gain’ campaign is easy to follow and packed with advice.
The guide aims to offer advice to those who currently hire contractors and freelancers and companies that may be considering using them. Contractors and freelancers might also find the guide an interesting read.
There are numerous tips to ensure complete success for companies, when they are working with freelance professionals. There are also video interviews with company bosses and freelancers outlining their personal first hand experiences.
John Brazier, Managing Director of PCG, said:
“PCG conducted a wide range of interviews with managers at blue chip companies, small business owners and freelance professionals. By joining together these varied perspectives we aim to help clients and freelancers develop highly effective ways of working together. This is the first in a series of educational resources designed to help the marketplace maximise the benefit of the flexible working model. The resource is available online, free of charge, and we encourage people to spread the word to their clients or colleagues. We would also like to invite feedback from the community via the comments facility on the website.”
